Layby is available upon request in store and only for returning customers. Layby is not available on sale items.

 

Can I exchange goods purchased in store with Layby?

No. Goods cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

 

Can I exchange goods purchased in store with Afterpay?

Yes, provided they are not sale items. Sale items are final. Simply contact us within 14 days of purchase via email, hello@junoboutique.com.au and request a Return Authorisation Number. 

The item must be in its original, saleable condition, ie new, unused, unworn, unmarked, unwashed, with all labels/swing tags and packaging intact. Goods must not have been opened or damaged prior to return.

 

Layby in store with AfterPay

The AfterPay in-store process starts from your mobile phone and takes under a minute to complete. Just visit www.afterpayit.com.au to get started.

Enter the amount you expect to spend, provide your debit or credit card and you’ll be instantly approved. You’ll only pay the exact amount you actually spend in the store. Once you’ve selected your items in-store and you’re ready to pay simply present your AfterPay barcode. The assistant will scan it in. You take your items and you’re done! AfterPay takes care of the rest. AfterPay will remind you when your payments are due and will process your payments automatically. 

 

Online Layby using Afterpay or ZipPay

AfterPay enables you to shop now and pay later in four simple instalments. First-time customers complete a quick registration, returning customers simply log in. Receive your goods now and pay for your purchases over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the item you’ve purchased.  The only fees AfterPay charges are late fees for missed payments.
