EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Juno Boutique would like you to feel confident ordering online. If you find your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange an exchange, sale items excluded.

Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

 

Swimwear

Swimwear (not on sale) can be exchanged providing protective stickers and tags remain intact. Do not remove them until you are certain about your purchase. 

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. The item must be in its original, saleable condition, ie new, unused, unworn, unmarked, unwashed, with all labels and packaging intact. Goods must not have been opened or damaged prior to return.

Once the returned item is received, inspected and deemed saleable, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

 

Exchanges

Exchange will be granted within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original, saleable condition, ie new, unused, unworn, unmarked, unwashed, with all labels and packaging intact. Goods must not have been opened or damaged prior to return.

If you require an exchange please contact us to discuss the item you would like to exchange for so that we can let you know available stock and hold the item for you. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact Juno Boutique if you would like to make an exchange and we shall provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. Juno Boutique email: hello@junoboutique.com.au

Postage/shipping costs for exchanges will at the customer’s expense, unless the item in question is deemed faulty, in which case Juno Boutique will cover postage. 

 

Returns

Please choose carefully, as we are not required to refund your purchase if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. However, we will happily provide an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.

The item must be in its original, saleable condition, ie new, unused, unworn, unmarked, unwashed with all labels and packaging intact. Goods must not have been opened or damaged prior to return.

Please note we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. This applies to any viewing device including tablets, ipads & mobile phones.

 

Credit Notes

We want you to be happy with your Juno Boutique experience and should you change your mind, we will provide a store credit to the value of the goods purchased if the items are returned within 14 days. The item must be in its original, saleable condition, ie new, unused, unworn, unmarked, unwashed, with all labels/swing tags and packaging intact. Goods must not have been opened or damaged prior to return.

Credit notes provided will be valid for three months from the date of issue.

Any postage/shipping costs for exchanges, refunds and returns will at the customer’s expense, unless the item in question is deemed faulty, in which case Juno Boutique will cover postage. 

 

Refunds

Refunds will be granted where the item is faulty. We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. We check all items before packing/dispatch. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily arrange a replacement or a refund where a replacement cannot be provided.

If you wish to receive a refund for a faulty item, you must notify us within 14 days of purchase. You can do this by emailing hello@junoboutique.com.au or calling 61 3 5568 1997 Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm (AEST).

Upon receipt of the faulty product, Juno Boutique will undertake an evaluation in conjunction with the manufacturer and if the item is deemed to be faulty, we will replace or refund.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded.

Juno Boutique will pay for return postage for any items deemed faulty.

 

How to arrange a Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
